By accessing and using Valie (the “Service”), operated by WebSpace LTD (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Valie provides booking, scheduling, and payment tools for mobile detailing businesses. We connect sellers (“Detailers”) with their customers and enable them to manage appointments, payments, and communication.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We may adjust our fees with prior notice. See our Pricing Page for current fees.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling services they advertise.

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details and pay promptly.

No-shows may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies set by sellers.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the Service for fraud, spam, or unlawful activity.

Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” WebSpace LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees you paid in the past three months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union law.
